Site C Vuku Family Outing

 Site C Vuku Family had their own outing at Stellenbosch Botanical Garden. Being with like-minded Jesus lovers is truly heaven on earth.

The apostles gathered around Jesus and reported to him all they had done and taught. Then, because so many people were coming and going that they did not even have a chance to eat, he said to them, “Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest.”

Do you have those moments of small (maybe even super big) encouragement from Jesus? I know we all do. After working through a hard day faithfully for His kingdom, according to His will, whether it is at my job in the world or in ministry, He invites us to rest our minds and souls in His presence.

The contentment is unlike anything else, as if heaven itself were like that. "Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest." Just thinking about it makes my heart pound.

I pray that you would live your week for His kingdom, in His presence, so we can find rest in Him at the end of each day. There is nothing we can't overcome with Him.

You are precious to Jesus.
