Imifino for Vuku Survivors

These are the Vuku Survivors, gathering on Wednesdays in Site C. They prepare an African meal called *imifino* by themselves and share stories. These lovely people are living with chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes, and it can be difficult for them to take their medication when there’s no food. However, this meal helps them.

Luke 9:16 NIV

[16] Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to heaven, he gave thanks and broke them. Then he gave them to the disciples to distribute to the people.

Do you know who Jesus loves?... Besides you?

It is easy to say, "God loves me or my family," or even to say, "God loves everyone," but it takes maturity and understanding to know who else Jesus truly loves with conviction.

When we care for someone else, we must try to care for those whom Jesus loves, not only the ones we love. This is where we genuinely start experiencing the love of Jesus and learn how to bring them closer to Him.

Then, you can truly comprehend the depth of His love beyond our imagination.

Because someone gave thanks to God for the love they could share with you.
