Many people believe that peace and strength come from within. While there is some truth to this, when you have Christ's love in you, your peace and strength are not solely your own.

Before we met Christ, we relied on our own inner resources. Now, the peace and strength that help us overcome our circumstances and the world around us come from Christ within us.

It is not what I can do, but what Chrst asks us to do.
