Encouragement:

Keep walking in FAITH and do NOT FEAR, for Jesus is with you. Especially in the times where you feel lost and you don't know where you're going, you don't know what you're doing. We try so hard at times to think we have to plan every little step based on what we know, but really, we have to pray and connect and seek our Lord to help us first with our mental space. Without our sacred foundation being protected and blessed by Our Father, our minds can wander into different places that we don't want to go, and decisions that go with it. Planning for the world.. It is not our goal. Faith...

Requires our mind to be in a strong place in order to accomplish the plan God has planned for us. You are blessed. You are loved. Sit back and watch Jesus move in your life! Surrender and let Him in.

Short Prayer:

Dear heavenly Abba, thank you for your constant love. Jesus we cannot walk straight without you and pray that you continue to give us strength and wisdom to make good decisions in the eyes of the Lord and to usher us back to the road God has planned for us. May Holy Spirit come into our space and we surrender our hearts and will to that of our Lord. Guide us to where our soul needs to be. Thank you for your love and sacrifice Jesus. Remind me of your love for me. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

Daily to-do:

Find at least 10 min to do this daily. The longer the better. The more havoc and busy your life...do it for longer!! Put on some instrumental worship music (put on repeat if it's short! Or make a Playlist!)

1) Start with a prayer, thank Jesus. Release all your love burdens, fears, anxieties, questions to Him.

2) Then, be still: breath in deep with your nose, Imagine breathing in God's light to purify your body. Fill air into your lungs and push it down to your lungs...until you make your belly stick out. Then HOLD your breath for 3 seconds...

3) Slowly release your breath through your mouth only, imagine letting all the negative out. If you want to slow the air coming out at an even pace, let it come with your teeth together so the air releases slower.

Repeat this breathing cycle for as long as you need to until you reach a quiet state in your mind. Focus on the breathing pattern clear your mind. Say in your head...breath in...and count and breath out if you need. Let the Lord reach you however He will reach you.
