[10] So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

This verse is a reminder that, in times of fear or adversity, one can find strength and solace in their faith and belief higher power who is always present and supportive. God is source of strength and support, promising to be with them and provide the help and guidance needed to overcome adversity. Trust  God's protective and caring presence.
