Verse:
2 Thessalonians 1:11 With this in mind, we constantly pray for you, that our God may make you worthy of his calling, and that by his power he may bring to fruition your every desire for goodness and your every deed prompted by faith.

Encouragement: We often pray to God about the affairs of our hearts first. What if we did it differently, and prayed for God's glory and kingdom first? How does that shift your thinking and approach? We think we need to pray for smooth sailing for stuff that our unbelieving world seeks, but perhaps it is important to understand how we should live in perfection with God first, so we know that perfection in the world is just that...an endless worldly pursuit. Jesus loves you as you are. You are precious to Jesus and you are perfect. Seek first our Lord, joyfully in His Power and for His Glory.
Short Prayer: Father, we thank you for grace, your daily bread. We pray for focus and to seek you first in all things, to be reminded that your measure is best and you are perfect. Your purpose and provisions are vast, long and wide, and beyond what we can imagine in the moment. We pray you give us strength and guidance to be focused on our communication wit you and where you point us to go. Please help us recognize the gift you have given us to serve our brother and sisters. Teach us to understand the purpose you give us, in Love, and to be able to talk the talk and walk your walk. Than you for your loving us unconditionally. In Jesus name we pray. Amen
